Permanent Rental Model
- Agreements run for a minimum of 36 months and can be extended indefinitely.
- The hardware never belongs to the client.
- All hardware failures replaced free of charge.
- Future upgrades are optional and additional.
Rent to Own Model
- Agreements run for a minimum of 36 months and can be extended to a maximum of 60 months.
- The hardware belongs to the client after all instalments have been paid for.
- All hardware failures replaced free of charge for first three years.
- Warranty extension optional.
- Future upgrades are optional and additinal.
Purchase Model
- The client owns the hardware and only pay for hosting and management fees.
- The hardware is covered by its factory warranty only.
- Extended warranties are optional.
- It is the client’s duty to insure its hardware against theft and damages in Teraco Isando.
