We integrate any third-party application with Asterisk or Freeswitch — whichever fits the job — and we do it alongside your developers rather than around them. Hosted in our purpose-built voice data centre, or deployed wherever in the world you need it.

Asterisk or Freeswitch

We pick the engine that suits the job, not the one we sell.

Freeswitch where the work is high-capacity media and multi-tenancy; Asterisk where the ecosystem, the dial plan and the existing integrations matter more. We run both in production every day, which is the only honest way to advise on either.

INTEGRATION SUPPORT

We sit next to your developers, not in front of them.

Most teams do not need a telephony vendor; they need someone who has already made these mistakes. We come in on your architecture, pick Asterisk or Freeswitch on the merits of the job, and wire your application into it — then we stay long enough that your own engineers can carry it.

THE SLA

An integration that keeps up with the times.

Telephony does not stand still — codecs shift, operators change behaviour, versions go end-of-life. Our SLA exists so your integration evolves with all of it. We do the heavy lifting on upgrades, migrations and regressions, and we transfer what we learn to your team as we go, in writing and in person — while monitoring all systems in real time.

Version upgrades and end-of-life migrations handled by us Regression testing against your own call flows Named engineers who already know your deployment Knowledge transfer sessions and written runbooks Quarterly architecture review as your traffic grows All systems monitored in real time Escalation path into the people who wrote the code
DEPLOY ANYWHERE

Our voice data centre, your infrastructure, or somewhere else.

We would rather host it: our Teraco environment was purpose-built for real-time voice, with the peering, power and latency that telephony actually needs. But the same deployment runs on your own hardware or any cloud region you choose — containerised, documented and identical wherever it lands.

More about the integration and the engagement.

QUESTIONS WE GET
Asterisk or Freeswitch — which one should we use?

It depends on the workload. Freeswitch handles high-capacity media and multi-tenancy more efficiently; Asterisk has the wider ecosystem and is often the pragmatic choice where integrations already exist. We will tell you which one your project actually needs, including when the answer is the one you are already running.

Do you work with our developers or replace them?

We work with them. The point of the engagement is that your team ends up able to run and extend the integration themselves — pairing, code review and written runbooks are part of the deliverable.

What does the SLA actually cover?

The heavy lifting: version upgrades, end-of-life migrations, regression testing against your own call flows, real-time monitoring of your systems, and named engineers who already know your deployment. Knowledge transfer is included rather than billed as a workshop.

Must it be hosted with you?

No. We prefer it — our Teraco environment was built for real-time voice — but the same containerised deployment runs on your hardware or any cloud region you need, including hybrid splits where media stays local.

Can you take over an integration somebody else built?

Regularly. We audit it, stabilise it, then evolve it. A rewrite is a last resort, not an opening position.

Bring your software, we will help you integrate telephony.

NEXT STEP

Tell us what you are building and which engine you are on — or ask us which one you should be on. We will scope the integration, the SLA around it and where it should run.

Not sure which of these you need? Meet with us and we will work through the requirement together — we would rather scope it properly than sell you the wrong thing.
