Where is it?

Can we bring our own hardware?

Yes. Colocation is available by the U or by the rack, in the same voice-tuned environment we run our own platforms on.

Do you manage the operating system and software too?

On managed services, yes: patching, monitoring, backups and the pager. On unmanaged rentals we hand you the keys and keep the hardware healthy.

What happens when something fails at 2am?

Redundancy absorbs it and monitoring wakes an engineer. That is the whole point of duplicating every layer.
