Important information regarding number porting freeze period for the festive season.

The porting department will be closed from 20 December 2020
and will resume duties on the 10th of January 2021.

Managed Ports:
Last date of Submissions: 20th of November 2020:

1.) Port dates scheduled cannot be moved around. Please make sure that the date is suitable. If not, the Port request will be cancelled and you will have to be resubmitted in January 2021.

2.) Ports that are rejected will not be reloaded and you will need to submit new paperwork in January 2021. We will not resubmit using old documentation.

Individual Ports:
Last date of submissions: 8 December 2020

1.) Porting requests on or before 8 December 2020 will be processed and Port date confirmations sent out for dates between 10 and 18 December 2020.

2.) Acceptance of ports is dependent on the current Network provider, as some network providers are not available to process Port requests in December.

3.) No Ports will be scheduled after the 18th of December 2020.

4.) Please respond promptly to Port dates confirmations in order to get late submissions ported.

Important Information:

1.) Bizvoip cannot guarantee acceptance of any port requests shortly before the last date of porting.

2.)
No Port reversals can be submitted after 15 December 2020.

3.) Should you not receive a ticket number, we have no record of your request. Please contact us before resubmitting the request on a new ticket as this helps prevent duplication.

4.) Ports that are rejected after 8 December 2020 will not be reloaded. You will need to resubmit the application with new paperwork in January 2021. We will not resubmit using old documentation.
